Key documents
These are the documents outlining the methodology used to assess quality in internationalisation.
Templates for self-evaluation reports
These templates aim to facilitate the presentation of the outcomes of the self-evaluation procedure and to make this information easily accessible for the members of the assessment panel.
There are separate templates:
- CeQuint – Template Self-Evaluation Report Programme-2020
- CeQuint-Template-Self-Evaluation-Report-Institution-2020
Templates for assessment reports
These templates aim to consolidate the presentation of findings, considerations and conclusions of assessment panels. By using templates, panels will be able to increase transparency in and consistency of reporting. These templates are provided to panel members by the ECA member agencies (they can receive the templates by contacting secretariat@ecahe.eu).
Terms of Reference for the Certificate for Quality in Internationalisation
This document outlines the Terms of Reference for the Certificate for Quality in Internationalisation. The Certificate is organised as a service by ECA and its members, the quality assurance agencies. The Terms of Reference are the formal agreement on how to organise and award the Certificate. It lays down all the responsibilities and methodological issues not included in the Frameworks for the Assessment of Quality in Internationalisation.
ECA charges the following fees for the award of the certificate: 800 euro for a programme and 2,000 euro for an institution. Additional costs include the costs of the assessment which need to be negotiated with the ECA member agency that conducts the assessment.
