CeQuint agencies

The agencies mentioned below have provided information on the following 4 questions:

1. From which countries do you accept applications for carrying out CeQuInt procedures?

2. Will you carry out assessment procedures on both institutional and programme level or just on one of these levels?

3. Will the procedure be integrated with a regular procedure (e.g. an accreditation or institutional review) or will it be a standalone procedure or is both possible?

4. Who is the contact person from the agency?

1. ACSUCYL –
   • In all countries (with special interest in Latin American countries).
   • Programme and institutional level assessments.
   • The assessment procedure can be added to the regular one or can be organized at any time upon request as standalone procedure.

2. ACSUG –
   • In all countries.
   • Programme and institutional level assessments.
   • The assessment procedure can be integrated into a regular assessment procedure or can be organised as a dedicated procedure.

3. AQAS –
   • In all countries.
   • Programme and institutional level assessments.
   • The assessment procedure will be organised as standalone procedures.

4. CTI –
   • In France. Abroad only for those programmes that have already been or will be evaluated by CTI.
   • Programme level assessments for engineering degree programmes at master’s level only.
   • The assessment procedure can be added to the regular assessment procedure or can be organised at any time as a standalone procedure, upon request and upon availability of CTI members, experts and staff.

5. HCERES –
   • HCERES will consider any application for the Cequint Procedures, upon request and upon availibity of HCERES staff
   • HCERES will consider to carry out assessment procedures on both institutional and programme level
   • For French HEIs and upon request, the Cequint Procedures might be added to the regular one, but could also be requested as standalone procedure. For any other institution, it would be a standalone procedure.

6. NVAO –
   • In The Netherlands and Flanders (Belgium) and other countries possible after consultation.
   • Programme and institutional level assessments
   • The assessment procedure can be integrated into a regular assessment procedure or can be organised as a dedicated standalone procedure.

7. PKA –
   • In all countries of the European Higher Education Area
   • Programme and institutional level assessments
   • The assessment procedure can be integrated into a regular assessment procedure or can be organised as a dedicated procedure.

8. Unibasq
   • From all countries.
   • Procedures can be carried out at institutional and programme level.
   • The procedure could be integrated with a regular procedure for Basque HEIs. In some other cases it could be possible upon request and previous agreement. Standalone procedures are possible in all cases.
